This website is normally accessible to users at any time. Interruptions due to technical maintenance may however be decided by BARTEC COMPANY, which will do its best to communicate the dates and time of the interventions to users before starting to work.

The website is regularly updated by Philippe HUET. In the same way, legal conditions can be modified at any time. Users are invited to consult the website for updates on legal conditions.

The purpose of the website is to provide information on all company’s activities.

BARTEC Company strives to provide information as accurate as possible on the website However, BARTEC Company cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies, whether they are originally from BARTEC Company or third-party partners providing the information.

All information indicated on the website is indicative and likely to evolve. In addition, information on the website is not exhaustive. It is subject to modifications that could have taken place since the information went online.

4. Contractual limitations regarding technical data.

The website uses JavaScript technology.

The website will not be held responsible for any material damages related to the use of the website. In addition, website users agree to access the website using recent equipment, containing no viruses and with an updated, last-generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeit.

BARTEC COMPANY owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use for all elements available on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproductions, representations, modifications, publications, adaptations of, parts or the entire elements of the website, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited unless written permission is granted by BARTEC COMPANY.

Any unauthorized exploitations of the website or any of its elements will be considered as counterfeit and will be prosecuted in compliance with Article L.335-2 and the following articles in the Code of Intellectual Property.

BARTEC COMPANY will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing the website, and resulting from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4 above, or the occurrence of a bug or an incompatibility.

BARTEC COMPANY will also not be held responsible for indirect damages (such as a loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the website

Interactive space (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) is available for users. BARTEC COMPANY has the right to delete, without prior notice, any contents posted in this space that would violate the applicable law in France, especially the provisions on data protection. If so, BARTEC COMPANY has also the right to seek civil and/or penal prosecution of the user, particularly in the case of racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic message, whatever the medium used (text, photography ...).

7. Personal data management.

In France, personal data is protected by the law 78-87 of January 6th, 1978, law 2004-801 of August 6th, 2004, and legal article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24th, 1995.

While using the website, the following can be collected: the URL of the links which the user has gone through to access the website, the use’s internet provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any cases, BARTEC COMPANY collects personal information about the user only for the need of certain services offered by the website The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, especially when inserting it himself directly on the website. It is then specified to the user of the website whether or not there is the obligation to provide the information.

In accordance with the terms of Article 38 (and following articles) of Law 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 related to computing, files and freedom, all users have a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning them, and requests must be made in writing and signed, along with a copy of the identity document with signature of the document’s holder, specifying the address to which the answer must be sent.

No personal information collected from the user of the website is published without the knowledge of the user, nor is it exchanged, transferred, provided, or sold on any supports to any third parties. Only the hypothetic buying out of BARTEC COMPANY and its rights could allow the transmission of such information to the prospective buyer, who in turn would be under the same obligation to store and modify data with respect to the user of the website

The website is not registered to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.

The databases are protected by the terms of the Act of the 1st of July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of the 11th of March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

The website contains several hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of BARTEC COMPANY. However, BARTEC COMPANY does not have the possibility to verify the content of the websites thus visited, and therefore assumes no liability for this fact.

A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but records information related to the navigation of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained is used to fluidify the future navigation on the site and is also intended to allow various measurements of website attendance.
